What are the dates and times of the 2024 Philadelphia Renaissance Faire®?

The Philadelphia Renaissance Faire will take place at Fort Mifflin, near the Philadelphia International Airport. Dates: May 25-27, 11 a.m. - 6 p.m. each day

What is the physical address?

Fort Mifflin’s address is 6400 Hog Island Road, Philadelphia, PA 19153. The easiest way to reach the venue is to go to the intersection of Enterprise Avenue and Fort Mifflin Road, then follow Fort Mifflin Road. The signs for the fort are on your left.

What’s parking like?

Parking for guests is available at the lot at Enterprise Ave and Executive Ave. Parking is $5 and there will be continuous, free shuttles to and from the lot during the Faire. Unfortunately, there is not available parking on-site. (There weren't any cars when the Fort was built!)
For the smoothest entry, drop off your group at the Faire, then park and have just the driver ride back on the shuttle.

Visit our Parking & Location page for more info.

Where can I get tickets, and how much are they?

Tickets are available for purchase on our website, www.phillyfaire.com/tickets. They are date specific, so separate tickets are needed for separate days. Discounted tickets are available for seniors, military veterans, and children aged 14 and under. Kids aged 5 and younger can attend for free.

Will tickets be sold at the gate?

Yes, tickets will also be sold at the gate unless otherwise sold out online. If we are approaching a sold-out event, we will give warning and make the announcement on social media and our website. For this reason, we encourage attendees to buy in advance.

Follow us on Instagram and Facebook for timely information!

Can I leave and return during a festival day?

You may leave and return to the Philadelphia Renaissance Faire, provided you have a hand-stamp. Hand-stamps are given out at the front gate, as you exit.

What if there is bad weather?

The Philadelphia Renaissance Faire is a rain or shine event. As such, there is no refund of tickets for inclement weather.

Do you accept credit cards?

Many of our vendors accept credit cards, while others take cash only. We recommend bringing both for maximum flexibility. There will be an ATM on premises as well.

Can I bring period weapons as part of my costume?

Firearms are strictly prohibited. You may bring period weapons as part of your costume. However, they must be peace-tied.

Is there a dress code?

Costumes are encouraged, and regular clothes are welcome. With that in mind, pathways aren’t paved at Fort Mifflin and the terrain is hilly, so we advise that you wear appropriate footwear.

Please be advised that the Philadelphia Renaissance Faire is a family-friendly event, and that we reserve the right to restrict admittance to patrons that we believe would negatively impact the experience of other patrons.

May I bring my pet?

Pets are not allowed at the Philadelphia Renaissance Faire, but service dogs are permitted. Please be aware that due to the location of the Faire, planes pass low overhead and cannons may be used over the course of the day. As such, service dogs trained to react to loud noises may respond to regular occurrences.

May I take photos and video at the events?

We welcome you to take photos and videos at the Faire for strictly personal use. Please do not film performances listed on your schedule. If you would like to use any images or footage for commercial purposes, or if you are a member of the media, please contact marketing@phillyfaire.com

Are bathrooms available?

Portable toilets will be available for general use on Faire days.

Is your venue ADA accessible?

Fort Mifflin is a historic site that is only partially accessible to wheelchairs. Pathways are gravel, faire grounds are grassy, and indoor stage areas are floored in rounded brick. Some of our portable toilets are accessible by wheelchairs.

May I smoke or vape on the premises?

No. The Philadelphia Renaissance Faire is a non-smoking and non-vaping event.

Can I bring a stroller?

Yes. Please be advised that the Philadelphia Renaissance Faire does not rent strollers.

Is medical staff on the premises in case of emergency?

Yes. The Philadelphia Renaissance Faire does have medical staff in case of emergency only. Please contact any staff member if you experience an emergency.

Can I bring a picnic lunch to the event?

No. Outside food and drink are not permitted on Faire grounds.

What kind of food is available for purchase?
